Booking & Resort Policies
Please review our policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience at Mambukal Resort.
1. Walk-ins and Booking
Walk-ins are allowed but subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance at the Mambukal Reservation Office to avoid inconvenience.
2. Office Hours and Contact
Visit us at the Mambukal Reservation Office, located at the Negros Residences Lobby. Open Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Contact us via email, Facebook Messenger, or phone.
3. Reservation & Discounts
To confirm your booking, submit a filled and signed reservation form. Discounts available upon valid ID presentation: - 20% for Seniors and PWD - 10% for Students and Capitol Employees - 20% for Accredited Tour Operators (min. of 10 guests)
4. Cooking and Grilling
Cooking is allowed. Grilling is permitted only in designated areas. Please use small butane/LPG for less smoke.
5. Noise and Music
Excessively loud music or noise is not allowed within the resort premises.
6. Cleanliness Policy
Guests are requested to follow the "CLEAN AS YOU GO" policy.
7. Smoking Areas
Designated Smoking Areas are identified. The rest of Mambukal is a NO SMOKING zone.
8. Guest Removal Policy
Mambukal reserves the right to remove guests who pose a threat to safety or the resort's well-being.
9. Quiet Hours
Quiet time is strictly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
